When you register for the National Nutrition Conclave 2026 or access your Participant Portal, we collect the following personal and academic details:

• Basic Information: Full Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Email Address, and Contact Number.
• Professional Affiliations: Institution or Organization, Department, and Designation.
• Portal Verification Details: Postal Address, City, State, Country, PIN Code, Emergency Contact Name, Emergency Contact Phone Number, and Profile Photo (used solely for printing security gate entry passes and delegate badges).
• Identity Verification: Aadhaar Card number and uploaded PDF copy of the identity document. This is collected strictly for security validation at the gate of the ICAR-Central Plantation Crops Research Institute (CPCRI) campus, a highly secure government research installation.

All payment processing on this platform is handled using manual transaction verification for maximum security and compliance:

• No Financial Credentials Saved: We do NOT ask for, collect, or store credit card numbers, bank account numbers, passwords, PINs, or any other private banking details.
• UPI Payments: Users initiate payments directly through their preferred banking app using our official UPI ID (betterlifefoundation@upi).
• Verification Proofs: We collect the UPI transaction reference number, transaction date, amount, and an uploaded screenshot image of the payment confirmation screen as proof of payment. This information is manually cross-checked with our bank statements by our account audits team before approving registrations.

Please read the following guidelines and financial clauses regarding scientific abstracts:

• Review Process: All uploaded document files (.doc/.docx/PDF format) are securely forwarded to designated reviewers of the conclave scientific board.
• Academic Use Only: Submitted abstracts and files are used solely for the peer-review selection process and eventual compilation into the Conclave Souvenir Book. No commercial exploitation of your research work is conducted.

The collected participant details are used to manage your participation and optimize event logistics:

• Communication: To send transaction confirmations, abstract review status alerts, and coordinate conclave schedule changes.
• Gate Pass & Logistics: Sharing basic participant details with host partner ICAR-CPCRI for campus access authorization and local stay arrangements.
• No Marketing Spam: Better Life Foundation Charitable Trust guarantees that we do not share, sell, or rent participant data to commercial marketers or third-party advertising platforms.
• Data Security: All file uploads and transaction logs are stored on secure cloud servers using state-of-the-art encryption protocols (HTTPS/SSL/TLS) for data transmission.
